Due to hygiene reasons and because many of our dresses are custom-made or produced in limited quantities, returns and exchanges are not accepted, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or an incorrect product has been sent.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include clear photos of the product. Our team will review your request and provide the most appropriate solution.
